Important information about the upgrade:

  • There is no need to play out the balance of your account or request a withdrawal before the software upgrade. All ACTIVE* accounts at Lasseters will automatically be transferred to the new software platform. (*Active accounts = Players who have accessed their Lasseters account in the past 6 months).

    The transfer will include any cash amount that was left in your old account, and will be accessible via the new software.  
  • For those players who have an unfinished game in the system prior to the upgrade we will be manually expiring the game and reverting the bet amount back to your account.
  • For security reasons, we will NOT be transferring your credit card details. Therefore we ask that all members who deposit via credit card re-register these following the upgrade. These details will then be encrypted and stored for future deposits.
  • The “Terms of Use” on the NEW Lasseters site have been edited to reflect the new software. Please read these carefully before choosing to play at the NEW Lasseters Online site.

  • When logging into the NEW Lasseters Online site with your User Name and Password you may need to add a digit after your User Name as some players have the same User Name as you. In the new system, a User Name must be unique to each player. If you happen to have the same user name as another player we will advise you of the digit to add to your username prior to us launching the new site.

  • A number of games will not be re-released with our new site upgrade.  We have chosen the most popular Flash games to take over to the new system.

  • If you have forgotten your password simply choose the "Help" button on the home page then enter your User Name and registered email address. You will then be required to answer your Security question before being issued with a temporary password.

  • Points player accounts will NOT be transferred over to the new site. Points play will be available using the same login details as that of your cash account. 

  • Information that will NOT be transferred is your game statement, transaction statement, and deposit history.

  • On your first visit to the NEW Lasseters Online, we ask that you please create a Security Question and Answer from the "Account Details" - "edit security question & answer" page. Your Security Question and Answer is required in the event you forget your password.
