Alice Springs Convention Centre Recognised for Excellence at 2025 Regional Business Awards
The team at the Alice Springs Convention Centre is proud to announce the venue has been awarded the 2025 Regional Business Award for Excellence in Business Events and/or Trade Commerce at the Alice Springs Regional Business Awards held in August 2025.
Located at the heart of Central Australia and operating within the Lasseters precinct, the Alice Springs Convention Centre continues to play a significant role in driving visitation, economic activity and industry engagement across the region.
The award recognises the venue’s ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional business events, conferences, exhibitions and community functions while showcasing Alice Springs as a unique and world-class destination for delegates and visitors.
Management acknowledged the dedication and passion of the Convention Centre team, whose work behind the scenes ensures the successful delivery of events ranging from local community functions through to major national conferences and large-scale corporate events.

The Alice Springs Convention Centre has become a key contributor to the regional economy, attracting thousands of delegates annually and generating valuable flow-on benefits for local accommodation providers, tourism operators, restaurants, retailers and service industries.
The venue’s ability to offer a premium conference experience in an iconic outback location continues to strengthen Alice Springs’ reputation as a leading destination for business events in Northern Australia.
The team also acknowledged the support of industry partners, clients, local suppliers and the wider community who continue to champion business events in Central Australia.
